Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of  TimTimFoods before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Pure Mart or its delivery partners, TimTimFoods will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

In case You book multiple order for the Products in one transaction, TimTimFoods  would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Shipping Terms:-

TimTimFoods partners with best shipping solution providers across INDIA. All the products sold by TimTimFoods can be purchased online from any part of world. All purchases must be followed by a valid shipping address in INDIA.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms:-
Pure Mart provides Cash on Delivery (COD) as an extended service through Industry’s best and pioneer shipping vendors i.e. Blue Dart, FedEx etc. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.  Since this is an extended service, there is an additional charge from our shipping vendors which we pass on to our customer(s) who want to avail COD services.

We follow rigorous steps to verify any fraudulent or forged order(s):
1. Once the order(s) is placed, one of our TimTimFoods representatives will give you a call back to verify the shipping address, phone number and email id mentioned while placing the order(s)..

2. Once verified, your order(s) shall be processed and you shall be notified on your registered mobile no and email id.

3. In case we are unable to contact you due to unavailability or mobile switched off, we will intimate you about the pending verification via sms or e-mail id to confirm the order(s).

4. We will re-attempt 3 times to verify and if not verified, your order(s) shall be cancelled and you will intimated via email on your registered email id.

5. On delivery, you need to pay the amount mentioned on invoice to the delivery executive. Please do not accept the delivery article if it is in tampered condition. In such cases, please call us immediately at +91 9469794697 and don’t accept the article.

6. In case of any quality concerns, you are eligible for a replacement if intimated with in 2 days of receipt of article.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping charges would be applicable as Rs. 50 for order whether its COD or Prepaid.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
If you choose Cash on Delivery as payment method then Rs. 50 will be charged as collection fee.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

“With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.”

Taxes or Hidden Charges?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel any order (COD and Prepaid) placed provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate TimTimFoods by e-mail ( sales@kashmirwalnutgroup.com) or call with purchasing details as soon as the purchase is done. In case a Prepaid order is shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
  • If Consignee is not able to take Prepaid order on delivery, our shipping partner will hold it for 2-3 days, then it will be returned to us. For refund in such condition, a deduction of shipping charges will be done.
  • TimTimFoods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
  • You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, create a ticket by clicking here mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
  • In case there are any Quality concerns, please email us from your registered e-mail address at sales@kashmirwalnutgroup.com by mentioning your subject line as Purchase order no_Quality Concerns. E.g. X123_Quality Concerns
  • TimTimFoods takes Quality as one of its top Values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. We request you to respond to us immediately (within a week of receipt of order) if there is any quality concern. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.
